Your hormone snapshot

Your pattern points to insufficient estrogen.

Your menstrual cycle is a vital sign, and your answers tell a clear story. The pattern I am seeing in your symptoms is often mistaken for burnout, depression, or sleep trouble. The pattern is real, and it is specific: your body is in a low-estrogen window. Below is what that means for you.

What your pattern means

Insufficient estrogen is the most often misread of the three patterns

Insufficient estrogen is the most often misread of the three patterns. It looks like burnout. It looks like depression. It looks like a sleep disorder. But the signature signals (shorter and lighter periods, sleep that breaks in the middle of the night, mood that runs flat, libido that has dropped without obvious cause) point to something specific.

This pattern is common in women coming off the pill after years of use, in women under chronic stress, and in women with persistently low body fat. The nutrients that support estrogen production and the cofactors the body needs to rebuild after a depleted period work best in the first half of the cycle, when estrogen is naturally rising.

The solution

This is exactly what Cycle Sync was built for.

Cycle Sync is a two-phase hormone support system designed to match the rise and fall of your cycle, not override it. Phase 1 supports the first half of your cycle, when estrogen is rising. Phase 2 supports the second half, when progesterone takes over and estrogen needs help clearing.

For your pattern, the phase built for you is Phase 1, which we walk through next.

How Cycle Sync supports this pattern

Two phases. Two formulations. Built to match the work your body is already doing.

Phase 1: Brings in the estrogen-supporting work Built for your pattern Days 1 to 14

In the first half of your cycle, estrogen is supposed to rise. This is the half of the month where the insufficient estrogen pattern shows up most, and Phase 1 is built specifically for it. Boron and Zinc support the body’s natural estrogen production. Vitamin E and Vitamin C provide the antioxidant support and adrenal cofactors that estrogen production depends on, especially when the body is rebuilding after a depleted period.

Boron Zinc Vitamin E Vitamin C
Phase 2: Steadies the second half Days 15 to 28

In the second half of your cycle, the body’s focus shifts to progesterone. Phase 2 brings in Chasteberry and Magnesium Glycinate to support the luteal phase, with NAC and Ashwagandha addressing the stress and adrenal axis that often sits underneath a low-estrogen pattern in the first place.

    A few common questions

When should I expect to notice a difference?
Most women notice early signals in their first cycle, with the most meaningful shifts arriving between cycles two and three. Cycle Sync supports your body’s natural rhythm, which is why one cycle is your starting point. The closer you can track your cycle alongside it, the better the results.
When do I switch from Phase 1 to Phase 2?
On the day of ovulation. If you do not track ovulation yet, take Phase 1 for the first 15 days of your cycle and Phase 2 for the remaining days. Your first order includes a cycle-tracking guide to help you align the switch more precisely over time.
What if my cycle is shorter or longer than 28 days?
Cycle Sync is built for cycles of any length, as long as you have one. Knowing your ovulation day lets you align the phase switch. If your cycle is longer than 30 days, there may be a few days between bottles. If your cycle is shorter, you may switch a few days earlier. The two-phase structure adapts to your body, not the other way around.
Why two bottles instead of one?
Because your body works in two phases. Phase 1 brings in Boron, Zinc, and Vitamin E, the nutrients most directly tied to healthy estrogen production, to support the rising-estrogen first half of your cycle. Phase 2 carries the rhythm forward through the luteal half with Magnesium, Chasteberry, and Ashwagandha. One pill cannot do both jobs well.
Can I take this with hormonal birth control?
Hormonal birth control delivers synthetic hormones that suppress ovulation. Cycle Sync is built to support a natural cycle, so it is not recommended for women currently on hormonal contraceptives. If you came off birth control recently and your cycle is returning, Cycle Sync is built for that window. Reach out at hello@rootifysupplements.com if you want guidance.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Cycle Sync is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. A prenatal is what your body needs during those windows. Cycle Sync is safe to take up until conception.
    How does the subscription work?
Your 30-day routine ships every 30 days so you always have what you need for the next cycle. You can pause, skip, change the cadence, or cancel from your account at any time. No phone calls, no hoops.
How is Cycle Sync different from other PMS supplements?
Most PMS supplements are a single formula taken every day, with no respect for the fact that the body is doing different work in the first and second halves of the cycle. Cycle Sync is the only two-phase system we know of, formulated by an OB-GYN and Registered Dietitian, with every ingredient and dose disclosed.
