As a Physician Assistant and virtual health educator, I founded Megan Ross Wellness to fill the gap I kept seeing in traditional medicine: time. Time to truly educate women. Time to explain the why behind their symptoms. And time to teach sustainable changes—not just write prescriptions. After years in orthopedics and pain management, watching women cycle through medication and surgery after the damage had already been done, I realized we were missing the most powerful intervention of all: prevention.
Today, I specialize in helping active women prevent arthritis, balance inflammation, and preserve joint health through a proactive, lifestyle-first approach rooted in nutrition, mindset, movement, and education. My mission is to empower women—especially as they navigate hormonal shifts in midlife—to feel confident, informed, and in control of their long-term health.
